We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer to join one of our highly reputable clients in Derby.

Based in Derby, Full time, this is a Permanent position paying up to £45K DOE, 25days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Office hours are 9am to 5pm, with 1hour lunch Monday to Friday.

As a a Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering. 

You will manage your own case-load of wills, probate and trust matters, producing fee income in line with targets and objectives.

You will keep financial control with particular emphasis on cash flow through the collection of monies and timely account and billing procedures.

Requirements 

As a Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE covering a broad range of Wills, Trusts and General Probate matters, including the preparation of wills and the utilisation of trusts to assist with more complex family matters (IHT/CGT planning, the preparation of Powers of Attorney including registration of EPA’s and LPAs, Court of Protection practice, administration of taxable and non-taxable estates and Trust administration)

A strong background managing private client matters including; wills, power of attorney, tax planning, trusts and estate management will be essential for this position, as well as a clear understanding of Money laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts rules.
